How it started: In a past life I've been a producer and director of everything from short films to content designed for CD-ROMs and DVDs. I learned a lot about casting actors and actresses in movies (Non Adult). I've come to realize that I am good with new actors and actresses, and am very good at coaching new actors in how to act in front of the camera, as well as how to handle auditions.

So, in my dealings with casting agents, and directors, and through some friends, I met some people who are in the adult film business. I soon realized that there is A LOT of opportunity to help (and discover), new adult film talent. I realized that many of the aspiring actresses need coaching, and a place to start. By focusing on looks, and acting talent or potential, I'm able to discern whether a new candidate will have a chance in the Adult Film industry. Please understand, I am looking for those actresses who believe they can be or want to be good actresses. I use the talent I obtained in directing short films, etc., to know how to gauge talent.
